By decision of 20 July 2017, ANACOM has approved the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, for the purpose of the fees payable in 2017, totalling 31,290,315 euros.
It was also decided to engage auditing services to audit the providers of electronic communication networks and services which, in 2016, reported more significant sums of relevant revenues, the providers reporting the largest reductions (compared to calendar year 2015), and a sample of providers selected at random from those remaining from the full list of providers, for the purpose of regulation fees and also to determine the distribution of the net costs of universal service.
