Highlights of the July 2017 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin include the decision on urgent and interim measures associated to suspension of the entry into force of changes to the reference offers for duct and pole access (RDAO and RPAO) and the recommendation addressed to holders or managers of infrastructures able to house electronic communication networks.
Also included is the disclosure of 1st quarter 2017 statistics and the launch of a call for papers with respect to the 11th Congress of the Portuguese URSI Committee, to be held on 24 November.
