Objectives of postal network density and minimum offers of services

On 27 July 2017, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the objectives of postal network density and minimum offers of services communicated by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) pursuant to paragraph 5 of Base XV of the Bases of the Universal Postal Service.

It was further decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to articles 121 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code - approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January), as well as to a consultation of users in accordance with article 6 of Base XV of the Bases of the Universal Postal Service Concession. Under both procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to comment (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
