By decision of 4 August 2017, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the IP interconnection architecture proposal presented by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO).
It was also determined to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code - approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January) and to the general consultation procedure established under article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February in its current version). Under both procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to respond (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
