Amendments to the LLRO and the RELLO - notification to the European Commission

By determination of 31 August 2017, ANACOM has approved the draft final decision to be notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the other Member States of the European Union (EU) on amendments to the Leased Lines Reference Offer (LLRO) and the Reference Ethernet Leased Lines Offer (RELLO).

Approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing and the consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 23 March 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1409124. Comments in response to these procedures were received from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, from NOS, SGPS, from NOWO Communications, from ONITELECOM Infocomunicações and from Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
