By decision of 27 July 2017, ANACOM determined not to oppose transfer, to the title of BAOBAD - Comunicações e Publicações, of the right of use of frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band allocated to José Soares da Silva, for provision of a local radio programme service in the municipality of São João da Madeira.
At the same time, it did not oppose the transfer of radiocommunications station licence no. 192212 (radio broadcasting service) and radiocommunications network licence no. 503713 (fixed studio-transmitter link), and did not oppose the transfer of authorisation to operate the broadcasting data transmission system with the program channel name ''REGIONAL''.
