Notice has been published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal) of 8 September 2017 announcing a public tender for the acquisition of a system for the testing, processing, analysis and reporting of information on the QoS of mobile communications systems; launch of the tender was approved by ANACOM decision of 7 September 2017.
