In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 16 of Lei Postal (Postal Law), as currently in force, Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ANACOM) is responsible for approving the analytical accounting systems used by the universal postal service providers, ensuring oversight of the proper application of analytical accounting systems by a competent entity independent of the universal postal service providers. ANACOM is likewise required, on an annual basis, to publish a declaration of conformity of the analytical accounting systems used by postal service providers and of the results obtained.
As such, in compliance with this provision, the declarations of conformity of the analytical accounting system employed by CTT Correios de Portugal, S.A., for the years 2013 and 2014, as issued by ANACOM, are made public. The declarations are available for consultation by stakeholders at ANACOM's public attendance office (Avenida José Malhoa no. 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm), and also on ANACOM's website (www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958).
