By determination of 12 October 2017, ANACOM has approved amendments to the Leased lines reference offer (LLRO) and the Reference Ethernet Leased Lines Offer (RELLO), to be implemented by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia within 30 working days.
The respective draft decision was approved on 31 August 2017 for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the other Member States of the European Union. The European Commission has stated that it has no comments.
