By decision of 16 November 2017, ANACOM has set the value of the t2 percentage contribution to be applied to relevant revenues reported by suppliers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to 2017, at 0.7195%. Approval was also given to issuance of invoicing of the annual fee payable for the exercise of activity of provider of electronic communication networks and services in respect of 2017.
The relevant revenues of certain suppliers of communication services were made subject to review, following an audit conducted pursuant to a decision of ANACOM.
