By decision of 16 November 2017, ANACOM has approved a draft final decision on IP interconnection to be notified to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) and to the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union.
The draft decision now approved by ANACOM defines a set of measures related to IP interconnection, taking into account the contributions made by various undertakings.
At the same time, approval was given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 4 August 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1416453).
