Notification to the European Commission on amendments to the Reference Unbundling Offer

On 16 November 2017, ANACOM approved a draft final decision to be notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union on amendments to the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO).

Approval was likewise give to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision of 10 August 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1416599); in response to these procedures, comments were received from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS SGPS, Onitelecom Infocomunicações and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
