Extension of prior hearing on the draft decision on the proposed "Analysis of the prices of wholesale offers supported by rural high-speed networks and proposal to reduce prices of Fibroglobal's offers''

By decision of 18 December 2017, ANACOM has approved an extension to the prior hearing of interested parties on the draft decision of the Portuguese State, as public contractor in the contracts concluded with Fibroglobal related to the high-speed networks for the Centre area and the area of the Autonomous Region of the Azores. The decision in question is to accept the proposed "Analysis of the prices of wholesale offers supported by rural high-speed networks and proposal to reduce prices of Fibroglobal's offers”.

Accordingly, the prior hearing, which seeks to gather comments on the proposed action from Fibroglobal and from all other providers of electronic communications services in the register maintained by ANACOM, is extended until 26 January 2018.
