Malta hosted last 16-17 November a meeting of the BEREC Contact Network, which discussed the 2018 working programme and progress of the expert working group on Net Neutrality. Also noteworthy was the analysis of documents to be submitted to the plenary session, on benchmarks, next generation networks and roaming/mobile.
