By decision of 11 January 2018, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on setting the quality of service parameters and performance targets associated with the provision of the universal postal service for the 2018-2020 three-year period.
It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), pursuant to articles 121 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and to the general consultation procedure as under article 9 of Lei Postal (Postal Law - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 Aprilhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1127982, as amended by Decree-Law no. 160/2013 of 19 November and by Law no. 16/2014 of 4 April). It was also decided to arrange a hearing of consumer organisations under Article 43 of the same Law.
Responses to these procedures must be received within 30 working days.
