Approval of amendments to the Reference Unbundling Offer

By final decision of 18 January 2018, ANACOM has approved amendments to the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO), following notification of the respective draft decision to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the other Member States of the European Union. By letter dated 14 December 2017, the European Commission stated that it had no comments.
