By order issued in Case no. 2667/15.6BELSB, pending before the 4th Organic Unit of Tribunal Administrativo de Círculo de Lisboa (Lisbon Administrative Circuit Court), in which MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia is the plaintiff and ANACOM called as respondent, publication has been ordered (judicially) on ANACOM's website of a notice of summons of interested third parties.
In this case (special administrative action) the plaintiff is seeking annulment of the decision "Approval of provisional and urgent measures relating to the wholesale high-quality access market provided at a fixed location (CAM and inter-island Ethernet lines)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1384320", taken by the Board of Directors of ANACOM on 23 July 2015.
Accordingly, ANACOM is publishing the notice in question on this website.
