By decision of 13 April 2018, ANACOM approved the regulation amending the Portability Regulation1.
The report on the public consultation to which the respective draft regulation was submitted, following a decision of 5 June 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1413386, was also approved, in relation to which contributions from the following entities were received on time: Ar Telecom - Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, Associação dos Operadores de Comunicações Eletrónicas, Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor, IP Telecom - Serviços de Telecomunicações, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações, for itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries NOS Madeira Comunicações and NOS Açores Comunicações, Onitelecom - Infocomunicações, NOWO - Communications e Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
At the same time, it was determined to send an invitation to companies with portability obligations for the first meetings for the review and update of the portability specification.
