ANACOM, by decision of 25 May 2018, approved the extension for a further period of 10 working days of the period of prior hearing and public consultation on the wholesale market for call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location for the provision of retail telephone services.
ANACOM understands that the draft decision under consultation changes the regulatory paradigm in the relevant market in question, since it proposes its deregulation, so that this extension, requested by NOS Communications, will help to promote a more informed participation of stakeholders, which also favours a better decision on the procedure.
Thus, the period for receiving contributions in the scope of the public consultation ends on 15 June 2018, and they must be sent, in writing and in Portuguese, by email to originacao2018@anacom.ptmailto:originacao2018@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been completed, the contributions received will be made public and therefore interested parties should also send a version of their contribution omitting any elements considered confidential, for the purpose of publication on this website.
