By decision of 14 June 2018, ANACOM has recognised the transfer of rights of use of numbering which resulted from the merger by incorporation of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) (formerly TMN - Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais) into PT Comunicações (renamed MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia), with effect on 29 December 2014.
At the same time, it was decided to make these rights of use of numbering subject to MEO complying with the conditions established in article 37 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February), under the terms defined.
Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing of MEO on the respective draft decision (draft decision of 5 April 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1433555).
