ANACOM opinion on the draft final decision of Autoridade da Concorrência as regards administrative proceedings related to access to CTT's postal network

By decision of 27 June 2018, ANACOM has approved an opinion on the draft final decision of AdC - Autoridade da Concorrência (Portuguese Competition Authority) as regards administrative proceedings brought in relation to access to the postal network of CTT (PRC/2015/04 CTT).

This process stems from a complaint made to AdC by VASP Premium Entrega Personalizada de Publicações in November 2014, alleging refusal of access by CTT - Correios de Portugal to its postal distribution network. By notice of 24 May 2018, AdC informed ANACOM of the draft final decision adopted and requested ANACOM's opinion.
