Report on net neutrality - application of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 (from May 2017 to April 2018)

By decision of 21 June 2018, ANACOM has approved a report on net neutrality with regard to the application of Articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1373317 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, with reference to the period from 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018.

This report was sent to the European Commission and to the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC).
