By decision of 20 July 2018, ANACOM has approved the report of the public consultation held on the availability of spectrum in the 700 MHz frequency band and other relevant bands.
This consultation was held to compile the positions of the various market participants (manufacturers, operators, private and public undertakings, users and others) on the availability of this spectrum; the stated positions will be examined and given consideration in ANACOM’s subsequent adoption of decisions on this subject, including as regards the defined procedure and the conditions governing spectrum allocation and use.
