The July/August 2018 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports the inspection and control actions carried out by ANACOM with police forces and other public authorities from January to June, as well as the decision to approve draft decisions to be notified to the European Commission, BEREC and the national regulatory authorities of the other European Union member states regarding the wholesale markets for call termination in public telephone networks at a fixed location.
Other highlights include the public consultations on the second draft regulation on security and integrity of electronic communication networks and services and the criteria for setting prices of the universal postal service provided by the CTT, to be in effect from 2018 to 2020.
