A TV interview with Teresa Félix, from ANACOM's Information and Consumers Department has been aired on TVI and TVI24. The interview, on the presentation of complaints to providers of electronic communications and postal services, was shown as part of the "Economia 24" section of the TV programme "Diário da Manhã" on 29 August 2018.

Since 1 July 2017, it has been possible to submit complaints using the Complaints Book available on the Internet https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio. With this platform, consumers can submit a complaint directly to the operator and ANACOM automatically receives a copy for reference. After submission of the complaint, the operator has 15 working days to respond.
