Approval of the definition of the minimum level of detail and information in bills to be provided to subscribers without charge

By final decision of 5 September 2018, ANACOM has approved the definition of the minimum level of detail and information in bills to be provided to subscribers without charge.

ANACOM has also approved the report of the prior hearing and public consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted (Draft Decision of 1 June 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1454461). In response to these procedures, contributions were received from the following undertakings/citizens: APRITEL - Associação dos Operadores de Comunicações Eletrónicas (Association of Telecommunications Operators); DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Consumer Protection Association); Direção-Geral do Consumidor (Directorate General for the Consumer); Altice Portugal/MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS Comunicações (in its own name and on behalf of its subsidiaries: NOS Madeira Comunicações and NOS Açores Comunicações); NOWO Communications and ONITELECOM – Infocomunicações; Skylogic; Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais; Carlos Trigo.
