The 28th Digital Business Congress, organized by APDC - Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações (Portuguese Communications Development Association) on the theme "The Technologies of Digital Transformation", was attended, on 27 September 2018, by João Cadete de Matos, Chairman of ANACOM's Board of Directors, who made a presentation as keynote speaker on the "State of the Nation of Communications" panel.
