Approval of allocation and recovery of rights of use of numbering following discontinuation of services provided by Vectone
By decision of 8 November 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of its Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851 and under the terms of articles 17, 36 and 37 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162) in its current version, as well as with the provisions of articles 5 and 11 of Regulamento da Portabilidade (Portability Regulationhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333120), ANACOM has approved the allocation of rights of use of numbering in the "92" range, as held by Vectone Mobile (Portugal) Limited (Vectone), to MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais, following Cessation of Vectone serviceshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1456532. Approval was always given to the recovery of other numbering resources allocated on a primary basis to Vectone by ANACOM.
