The 39th meeting of the project team on Future Numbering Issues (PT FNI) of the ECC’s WG NaN was held last 2-3 October in Rome.
The attending regulators discussed the latest information with respect to numbering, specifically the progress of work on the report about the topic of sub-allocation of numbering resources, the three project requirements definitions (PRDs) of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) referring to numbering matters, the revision of Recommendation E.118 (international telecommunication charge card) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and recent developments regarding eCall service.
The next meeting is scheduled for 29-30 January 2019; the location has yet to be determined.
