The November 2018 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports that the ANACOM organised 12th congress of the Portuguese URSI Committee was held on 14 December. Other highlights of the issue include information about administrative offence cases in the first six months of the year and approval of the final decision on modification of the half-yearly portability questionnaire.
Also reported are the ANACOM public consultations on revision of mainland-islands and inter-island line prices, measurement of quality indicators of the CTT postal service and the 2019-2021 activities plan. Finally, the first half-year statistics are disclosed.
