Decision on the termination of the provision of mobile communications services provided by CTT

Following a communication received from CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) on 5 December 2018, giving notice of termination of the provision of mobile communications services under the Phone-ix brand, effective as from 1 January 2019, and pursuant to point q) of paragraph 1 of article 26 of its Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851, on 13 December 2018, ANACOM decided to notify the Reference Entity so that this entity emulates the role of holder provider/donor provider in processes, for the first portability of numbers from the discontinued service, as from 1 January 2019 and during the quarantine period, in accordance with the provisions of point f) of paragraph 4 of article 11 of Regulamento da Portabilidade (Portability Regulationhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333120).
