Levels of quality of service provided by CTT in 2016 and 2017

By decision of 28 December 2018, ANACOM has approved a final decision on the results of audits of quality levels of the universal postal service, as provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2016 and 2017.

Approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing and the public consultation, to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision of 11 October 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1461558). In response to these procedures and within the stipulated time limits, contributions were received from: ANMP -Associação Nacional de Municípios Portugueses (National Association of Portuguese Municipalities), ALRAA - Assembleia Legislativa da Região Autónoma dos Açores (Legislative Assembly of the Azores ), SINQUADROS - Sindicato de Quadros das Comunicações (Communications Workers Union), SNTCT - Sindicato Nacional dos Trabalhadores dos Correios e Telecomunicações (National Postal and Telecommunications Workers Union), DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Consumer Protection Association) and CTT.
