Review of objectives of postal network density and minimum offers of service

On 10 January 2019, ANACOM approved a decision to review the objectives of postal network density and minimum offers of service, as will apply to CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) under Base XV of the Concession Bases of the Universal Postal Service.

It was decided to submit paragraph 3 of this decision to the prior hearing of CTT, pursuant to Articles 121 and 122 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), and to submit the reference framework established in points a) and b) of paragraph 1 to public consultation under article 9, paragraph 2, point h) of the Statutes of ANACOMhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094. In both cases, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to express their views (responses in writing and in Portuguese).
