Decision on the complaint submitted by CTT concerning the determination that established pricing criteria of the universal postal service for the period 2018-2020

By decision of 15 January 2019, ANACOM has concluded that the complaint submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal on 30 November 2018 in relation to ANACOM's decision of 12 July 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1457197 to be untimely. As such, ANACOM has decided not to consider the complaint. The decision in question established the pricing criteria of the universal postal service for the period 2018-2020.
