By decision of 15 February 2019, and following an audit of the results of the SCA - Sistema de Contabilidade Analítica (Analytical Accounting System) used by CTT - Correios de Portugal, ANACOM approved a draft decision determining:
a) a draft declaration on CTT's SCA - Sistema de Contabilidade Analítica (Analytical Accounting System) for financial year 2016; and
(b) a restatement (within 20 working days) of the results reported by CTT in respect of 2016 onwards (2016 and 2017), in accordance with the guiding principles of the SCA and other applicable legal and regulatory provisions, so that ANACOM, subsequent to auditing and if applicable, may issue a declaration of conformity.
It was decided to submit the draft declaration on the 2016 SCA to the prior hearing of CTT, pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code - approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January), granting CTT, as interested party, a period of 20 working days to state its position (in writing and in Portuguese).
