ANACOM issues clarification to consumers on the use of complaint books


ANACOM has marked World Consumer Rights Day, celebrated worldwide on 15 March, by launching a video on the use of complaint books in Portugal.

The capacity to complain is one of the most important tools that consumers have when it comes to resolving disputes with operators. This video shows how to exercise the right to complain more effectively through complaint books.

ANACOM has also published an infographic illustrating key statistical data on consumers of electronic communications in 2018.

World Consumer Rights Day is an annual event marking the date that President John Kennedy stressed consumer rights in a speech to the United States Congress in 1962.
