The 2019 edition of the World Summit on the Information Society Forum (WSIS Forum) took place from 8 to 12 April in Geneva, Switzerland. Portugal was represented at the forum by the Vice-Chairman of ANACOM's Board of Directors, João Miguel Coelho.
This participation took place at a high level session on "Inclusiveness - access to information and knowledge for all", held on 9 April, with the presentation of examples of regulatory measures and initiatives developed by ANACOM to create conditions which support the deployment of infrastructure and boost market dynamics, as well as consumer protection.
