Approval of an update to the maximum price of call terminations on public telephone networks at a fixed location, to be applied by operators notified as having SMP

By decision of 11 April 2019, ANACOM has approved an update of the maximum price of call terminations on public telephone networks at a fixed location, to be applied by fixed operators notified as having significant market power (SMP). In accordance with the methodology established in ANACOM’s decision of 28 September 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1461910, it has been determined that as of 1 October 2019, the maximum price for fixed terminations will be 0.047 eurocents per minute, with billing per second from the first second.
