Auditing of the annual values reported by CTT for indicators of quality of service, complaints and requests for information (2018 to 2020)

By decision of 11 April 2019, ANACOM has approved the launch of a public tender to carry out auditing of the annual values reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal for indicators of quality of service, complaints and requests for information (years 2018 to 2020 ).

ANACOM has also approved the make-up of the tender panel and the tender documents (tender announcement, specifications and schedule).
