Notice was published in 2nd Series of Diário da República (Official Journal) on 24 April 2019 announcing a public tender to carry out auditing of the annual values reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal for indicators of quality of service, complaints and requests for information (2018 to 2020 ). The tender was launched with ANACOM's approval on 11 April 2019.
Proposals from interested parties must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on 15 May 2019, using the VORTAL electronic platform https://pt.vortal.biz/.
