CTT request to deduct records referring to shipments of priority and registered mail for the purpose of calculating indicators of quality of service for January 2019

By determination of 17 May 2019, ANACOM has approved a draft decision (DD) that rejects the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to deduct records referring to shipments of priority and registered mail affected by a carrier vehicle breakdown, occurred on 23 January 2019, concerning the carriage of priority mail from the South Production and Logistics Centre to the North Production and Logistics Centre.

This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of CTT for a period of 20 working days, pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
