Consult the new area with important information on the spatial activities carried out by ANACOM, which has temporarily taken on the terms of reference and competences of the Portuguese Space Authority.
These functions were determined by Decree-Law No. 16/2019, published on 22 January, which establishes the access regime and the exercising of spatial activities, which will enshrine an innovative legal framework, aimed at facilitating the development of spatial activities, products and services in Portugal, attracting companies and operations of greater added value based on knowledge, as well as stimulating research and development in this area.
