The members of BEREC’s Open Internet working group held a meeting last 6 May in Brussels, attended by representatives from various national regulatory authorities (NRAs), among them ANACOM, and representatives from the European Commission (EC) and the BEREC Office.
The EC representative reported to the group the main results of the report on implementation of the TSM Regulation. The scoping document to present at the next Contact Network meeting was accordingly debated and analysed. The current situation of the project to develop the BEREC measurement tool was then discussed, and the NRAs were urged to fill out the questionnaire on implementation of the net neutrality provisions envisaged in the TSM Regulation. The group was also informed of a BEREC-prepared workshop for stakeholders, scheduled for 29 May 2019.
