Decision on CTT request to deduct records referring to shipments of priority mail and registered mail for the purpose of calculating indicators of quality of service in respect of January 2019
By order of the Vice-Chairman of ANACOM's Board of Directors of 3 July 2019, the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to deduct records referring to shipments of priority mail and registered mail was rejected. The records in question, used to calculate indicators of quality of service in 2019, were affected by the breakdown of the transport vehicle used to transport Priority Mail from CPL-S - Centro de Produção e Logística Sul (South Production and Logistics Centre) to CPL-N - Centro de Produção e Logística Norte (North Production and Logistics Centre), occurring on 23 January 2019.
At the same time, a report on the prior hearing of CTT was also approved, a procedure to which the draft decision of 17 May 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1473234 had been submitted
This decision was ratified by the Board of Directors on 4 July 2019.
