MEO cost of capital rate applicable to financial year 2019

By decision of 4 July 2019, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the cost of capital rate of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO), applicable to financial year 2019.

ANACOM decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code - approved by Decree-Law 4/2015 of 7 January) and to public consultation, pursuant to article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162). For both procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days in which to respond (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
