Approval of the values of the universal postal service quality indicators reported by CTT in 2018

On 11 July 2019, ANACOM approved a final decision on the quality indicators of the universal postal service reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2018.

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing of CTT to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 9 May 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1472462).
