Changes to the RDAO and RPAO not included in the decision of 25.07.2019

ANACOM approved on 25 July 2019 the draft decision (SPD) on changes to the Reference Duct Access Offer (RDAO) and the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO) not included in the draft decision on changes to the RDAO and RPAOhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1479182 approved on the same date.

It was also decided to submit this SPD to the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to articles 121 et seq. of the Code of Administrative Procedure, setting a deadline of 40 working days from the date of notification of this SPD, as well as the general procedure for consultation, provided for in article 8 of the Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333113), also setting the same deadline, but in this case from the date of availability of this SPD on ANACOM's website, so that interested parties communicate in writing and in Portuguese.
