The 74th meeting of the Communications Committee was held on 4 June in Brussels. The European Commission supplied information about the study on 5G development and gave a presentation on the recommendation concerning cyber-security of 5G networks. Also discussed were the Wifi4EU programmes, the proposed template for contracts under the terms of article 102 section 2 of the Code and the proposed questionnaire on implementation of ‘112’. The current situation of transposition and application of the communications code was also reported.
