Calculation of regulation costs for the purpose of 2019 fees - postal services

By decision of 25 July 2019 and pursuant to paragraph 3 of Annex IX to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1405005 (as amended by Administrative Rule no. 296-A/2013 of 2 Octoberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549), and in accordance with article 44 of Lei Postal (Postal Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1127982), ANACOM has determined the following:

• to approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of postal service provider, for the purpose of fees payable in 2019, totaling 2 190 937 euros;
• to approve the carrying out of an audit of postal service providers which, in 2018, had the most significant relevant income (the ten highest values) and the operators which recorded the highest reductions in value (compared to the 2017 calendar year).
