Calculation of the sum of regulatory costs for 2019 fees - electronic communications

Pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of Annex II of Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December (as amended by Administrative Rule no. 296-A/2013 of 2 October), and for the purposes of point b) of paragraph 1 of article 105 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162), by decision of 25 July 2019, ANACOM has determined the following:

• to approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services for the purpose of fees payable in 2019, totalling 32 706 901 euros;
• to approve the carrying out of an audit of the relevant revenues and turnover of the providers of publicly available electronic communications networks and services, including at least those which, in 2018, had the most significant revenues and turnover.
